As Kicks Room, we collect sneakers from well known, loved brands and sell to consumers.

We do not deal with fakes, we guarantee 100% authenticity on all the products we sell,

Order confirmation will be sent via the email provided on the order form.

Goods can only be delivered once the full amount reflect on our account.

"Handling time may vary from 1-2 days on average depending on the dispatch load. Orders placed before 1PM on any given day usually dispatch the same day. Customers will be contacted in the event of a stock issue or a delay of dispatch."

We will provide an order number via email, once a shipment process begins.

we will take no responsibility for returned packages due to incorrect customer addresses. Should a package return - customer can opt for a refund less shipping fee, or to pay an additional shipping fee for a re-shipment.

All sales are final. No refunds. This is most applicable to incorrect size choice by the customer. All our sizes are in "UK".

Returns are accepted in very specific instances, and are subject to agreement to the return policy and completion and acceptance of the return form.

Clearance/Sale product: may not be refunded or exchanged. All Clearance sales are final and will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.

Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, 

Shipments go out Monday through Friday, not including public holidays.

Orders with incorrect billing information, or requiring additional verification, may be delayed.

In the case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees incurred.

All orders are shipped with applicable labels.

We will at all times take reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users.

We accept various secure payment methods.

Credit card transactions will be acquired for US via PayFast(Pty) Ltd, the approved payment gateway for all Banks of South Africa.  Payfast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

We have no access to card details entered by the client on Payfast secure site.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa.  Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

We have no currency converter functionality. The figures and prices are in ZAR

We are not responsible for slight differences in fees.

 

We take no responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including sale of goods and services sold on this website; customer service and support; dispute resolution; and delivery of goods.

We may, in our sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
